EMPP

Do not unload flyers/householders/Neighbourhood Mail or its waste/recycling from any delivery vehicle, big rig, trailer, or any delivery vehicle. If you are required to move flyers in order to get to the rest of your work, offload them to a safe area chosen by the supervisor.

Any flyers/householders/Neighbourhood Mail in the facility are to be moved to a safe storage location. Your supervisor will decide where.

If there is no work in your section (such as Pubs & Ads and RVU), the Corporation is required to pay you for your shift. This is the position and hours of work that you used your seniority to bid into. You cannot be made to go home for the day or use vacation time, personal time, or days in lieu.

MSCs

Do not load or transport flyer/householder/Neighbourhood Mail waste or recycling to or from the facilities. If there are any flyers in transport, unload to a safe location as provided by your supervisor.

DAs/P04s in Letter Carrier/RSMC Facilities

Do not receive flyers/householders/Neighbourhood Mail at the depot. Do not load/unload them from a vehicle. Any of this product that is currently at the depot should be moved to a safe place as chosen by your supervisor, but it is not to be processed or distributed for delivery.

Letter Carriers and RSMCs

If there are flyers/householders/Neighbourhood Mail present, do not scan them for delivery – when you do this, you commit to deliver them. Do not prepare or delivery any flyers/householders/Neighbourhood Mail.

RSMCs in CPAA Offices

It is possible, depending on what the Corporation chooses to do, that CPAA members will continue to process flyers/householders/Neighbourhood Mail as normal. If this is the case, do not scan, prepare, or deliver.
