Industrial Inquiry Commission
The hearings for the Industrial Inquiry Commission are continuing on February 19th and 20th. If you wish to view these hearings, the livestream links are sent out from our National office, but you will have to sign up to eDigest, which you can do

March GMM
Our March GMM is happening on
Saturday, March 1st at
10 am. This will be a hybrid meeting, so you can attend in person (18121 107 Ave NW) or online via
Zoom. The deadline to register to attend online is
February 28th at

Upcoming Committee Meetings
We have two upcoming committee meetings. The
Social Committee will be having a meeting on
February 25th at
6:45 pm. The
Organizing Committee will be meeting on
Thursday, February 27th at

Local Executive Committee Elections
The deadline for nominations for the Local Executive Committee election is quickly approaching (Friday, February 28th at 5 pm). The positions up for election are Secretary-Treasurer, Grievance Officer, 1st Vice-President (Organizing), 3rd Vice-President (Collections and Delivery), and 5th Vice-President (Garage, Maintenance, Registration, and Wickets).

CUPE 3550 Picket Pantry
We are continuing to host the picket pantry for striking members of CUPE Local 3550. If you're able to donate to the pantry, you can do so during our office hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm).
If you'd like to show support, you can also join CUPE 3550 on their picket lines. There are currently three locations: M.E. LaZerte (6804 144 Ave NW), Ross Sheppard (13546 111 Ave NW), and Elder Dr. Francis Whiskeyjack (2410 17 St NW). Picket times are from 8 am until 1 pm.
