Expiration of Collective Agreement
As of tonight, the Collective Agreement for urban members will expire. Nothing changes until we can strike or be locked out. This is still some time away, and we will be letting you know of any upcoming strike vote when the time comes.
In order to stay in the loop, please make sure your contact information is up to date with the local office. You can update your contact information by clicking

Latest in Negotiations
The most recent bulletin from National regarding negotiations was published on January 25th. According to this bulletin, the Corporation has proposed eliminating the protection of 493 retail counters under Appendix "I" for the sake of flexibility and better serving the customers. It is our union's position that these post offices need to expand the services they offer and to ensure that good, full-time jobs stay in our communities.
