Applications
The Edmonton Local is proud to offer its own Local educational opportunities. If you wish to apply for a course, please read the information carefully. Applications can be found on our union bulletin boards or at the office, but you can also download a PDF application. For more information, contact the Education Officer at educate730@gmail.com or reach out to the office.
For our Local courses, we usually offer an online application. To see if the course you’re interested in attending can be applied for online, please read the information box below the course description.
From the Education Officer
We work to have as many members as possible attend the educationals for which they apply. Please be aware that the only timely method by which we can inform you of your acceptance to a course is by E-mail. If you are applying to a Local (or any) course, it is important that you: a) write your correct email address very clearly on your application; and b) add educate730@gmail.com to your email address book, or at least check your spam folder.
If there is a course you would like to see being taught in the Local, you can make a suggestion HERE.
