Contract Ratification Vote

The Edmonton Local will be holding contract ratification votes as listed below. There will be separate meetings for Urban and RSMC bargaining units. In order to vote, you must attend an information session.

Once that session starts, the doors will be closed to late entries. Information sessions will last approximately one hour. Votes will take place after that session.

Strike Vote

In accordance with the Canada Labour Code, we will also be holding a strike vote. You must attend an information session in order to participate in the strike vote.

What Do You Need In Order to Participate?

  • You must be a Member in Good Standing (MIGS) to participate in the contract vote (filled out membership application, paid $5)
  • You do not need to be MIGS to participate in the strike vote
  • Must attend an information session for the contract and strike vote
  • Proof of CUPW membership or Canada Post employment
  • Government-issued photo ID
