Negotiations Update

The most recent negotiations update contains a number of rollbacks. It seems the Corporation wants to stop paying double-time for the third hour of OT, as well as eliminate Marriage Leave, the 5-minute wash-up time for Urban members, and introduce blackout periods for vacation during peak season for RSMCs and Group 2 members.

In addition, the Corporation also wants to introduce a two-tier vacation system that would cap vacation at 6-weeks, make it take 10-years to get an extra week of vacation, and eliminate pre-retirement leave.
