Our union's National Executive Board has put together the following discussion paper in order to help in the preparation of bargaining demands for our upcoming negotiations with Canada Post.

This year, Local meetings and Regional Conferences will be used to formulate demands and choose which demands to forward to the National Office. The National Bargaining Committee and National Executive Board will then build a program of demands for the membership to ratify before negotiations begin. Notice to bargain will be served within the last four months of our Collective Agreements expiring.
