International Day of Mourning - Work Shouldn't Hurt

Every year the Edmonton & District Labour Council hosts a gathering in Grant Notley Park at the Broken Families Monument to honour those who have lost their lives as a result of their jobs in the previous year.

This year, they will pay tribute to the 178 fallen brothers, sisters, and comrades in person, with a long needed moment to come together and heal.
